The Federal Information Center can help you. It has specially trained its staff to answer your questions or to direct you to the person with the answer in the Federal Government.

The hours of operation are weekdays, excluding Federal holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, except for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Alaska and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Hawaii.
